How this works. Pendym is a Shopify app. Connecting installs it on your store and asks Shopify for permission to read your products, write paid orders back, read customers for reporting, and run its analytics pixel. Shopify shows you exactly that list before you approve. You can remove it any time from Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels, and reconnect here whenever permissions change.
