Serve the checkout on your own subdomain so buyers never leave your brand. Without one it runs on pendym.com.

Use a subdomain of the domain you bought, e.g. if you own mybrand.com, enter checkout.mybrand.com.

What happens between saving a domain and buyers checking out on it.

Pick a subdomain
checkout.yourstore.com is the convention, buyers read it as part of your site.

Add one CNAME at your registrar
Point it at cname.vercel-dns.com. GoDaddy, Namecheap and Cloudflare all call it a CNAME record.

Wait for DNS
Usually minutes, occasionally up to an hour. Verify here and the status flips to connected.

Certificates are automatic
TLS is issued the moment the record resolves, nothing to upload or renew.
