Pre-dispute alerts (Ethoca, Verifi RDR/CDRN) reach you through a chargeback-alert service or your payment processor, not directly from the card networks. Any service that can send a signed webhook can feed this page: alerts are matched to the order, refunded automatically when your Fraud rules say so, and listed here with the evidence packet ready.
